At RevIVe & Restore, we are dedicated to promoting optimal health and well-being. Our services hydrate, replenish, and revitalize — and every treatment is crafted around your body and your goals rather than a one-size-fits-all menu.
The Southwest Florida practice is led by Carmen Fish, a Registered Nurse and Peptide Therapy Consultant who serves as the SW Florida Manager for RevIVe & Restore. She brings mobile IV therapy and wellness care directly to homes, offices, hotels, and vacation rentals across Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, and Estero. Clients consistently mention the same things: fast responses, easy booking, and honest recommendations for what will actually help.
We run our own schedule, our own specials, and our own care plans here in SWFL, so you get a local nurse who knows the area and can work around your week.

Dr. Brendan Haigis
Dr. Brendan Haigis is a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician who completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in 2018. He currently works in a local Emergency Department and serves as the full-time Medical Director and Co-Owner of RevIVe & Restore.
In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family, smoking meats, and catching up on sleep — a necessity for third-shift life.
Michelle Haigis, RN BSN
Michelle Haigis is a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan in 2018 and went on to fulfill her dream of working in the Emergency Department at a local Level 1 trauma center.
She serves as Co-Owner, Director of Operations & Clinical Education, and Wellness Nurse at RevIVe & Restore. In her free time, she loves traveling to Disney, spending time with family and friends, and being her children’s dedicated driver for their sports.
Why RevIVe & Restore was created
Brendan and Michelle both worked in the Emergency Department before, during, and after COVID-19. Through those experiences, they recognized a significant gap between Western medicine and holistic health — which inspired them to create RevIVe & Restore. Their mission is to bridge the worlds of conventional and natural medicine, acknowledging that while many medications are truly life-saving, proactive wellness and proper care of our bodies are just as essential.
All of our vitamins and medications are sourced from a 503B pharmacy and are regulated by the Michigan State Board of Pharmacy and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Every infusion and supplement we offer is backed by extensive medical research, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
